"Just living is not enough", said the butterfly, "one must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower."
— Hans Christian Andersen.

if love is the answer you hold.

And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't believe in magic will never find it.

Curiosity kills the cat.

But do you personally know a cat that died of curiosity?

--------

The secret garden.

It started out as a normal garden.
One that had simple flowers everywhere.
There wasn't very much variety,
mainly red, blue, yellow flowers.
They sat side by side,
on the flower bed looking pretty.

More flowers began to be added,
for the garden was too simple,
too plain, too boring, too dull.
The new addition of flowers
took effort and time,
but it was worthwhile.

The flowers began to overcrowd,
too many to take care of,
too complex to look neat.
The exotic ones fought to stay alive,
the simple ones began to wilt,
and eventually died in defeat.

The struggle to keep them all,
alive and blooming,
was too much work to do.
The plants were fighting for their lives,
the greens turned to brown,
it was too late to undo.

There was nothing that could save them,
maybe pray for a miracle,
or buy flowers that are plastic?
Was it really all that hopeless,
or could there be something called
magic?

She never believed in magic, but she did believe that the discovery of magic would result in an unnecessary burden.

What exactly is the burden?

What exactly is an unnecessary burden?

Is it unnecessary to even think about an unnecessary burden?

----------------

I took a leap of faith, and I believe in magic now;
and the magical feeling is far from an unnecessary burden;
it is truly magical, if i allow it to be.

Hold on.
